Fillet with basmati rice

Today’s recipe is fillet with basmati rice

2four seas fillet – a cup of basmati rice – 1/2 tablespoon of ground coriander – salt, pepper and cumin (as desired) -1/2 tablespoon of fine cinnamon – 2 sliced onions – 3 cups of water – a cup of broth – 3 tablespoons of oil
Method: 1- Season the fillets with spices, salt and pepper and set aside
2- Put the rice on the fire with water, broth and salt, then leave it until half of it is equal, then remove it from the fire
3- Fry the fillet in the oil until it turns golden in color. Fry the onion slices until they turn golden
4- Put the rice, onions and fillets in a serving dish – put the rice, onions and fillets in a serving dish
