Calamari Casserole

Calamari is one of the most important and prominent seafood and is distinguished by its unique taste and nutritional value, so today’s recipe will be the calamari casserole.

Half a kg of calamari – (2 onions – 4 tomatoes – a hot pepper horn) cut into small pieces) – a pinch of salt – a pinch of ground pepper – 4 tablespoons of oil

:How to prepare
Put the oil in a pan over a low heat, put the onions in it and leave it until it wilts with constant stirring
Add the hot pepper and calamari to the mixture and stir continuously for three minutes
Add salt, tomatoes and black pepper to the mixture, stir them together and leave them until they are soft

  • Remove the mixture from the fire and put it on a tray in the oven at a medium temperature for five minutes
    We serve the calamari casserole on a serving plate
