3 tablespoons of olive oil – 4 pieces of salmon fillet – 1/3 cup of honey – 1/4 soy sauce – 2 tablespoons of lemon juice – crushed hot sauce – a teaspoon – black pepper, a quarter of a teaspoon – a quarter of a teaspoon of salt – 3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
:How to prepare
1- Mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and crushed pepper in a bowl.
2- Heat the oil in a wide skillet over medium heat, then add the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
3- Leave the salmon to brown for 6 minutes, then flip it over to the other side.
4- Add garlic and leave for a minute.
5- Add the honey and soy mixture, reduce the gas heat, and leave the mixture until it thickens and its quantity decreases.
6- Serve hot with salad or rice.
