1- Preheat the oven, to season the feta cheese, mix the olive oil with the lemon juice, oregano and pepper, then add the feta cheese and mix them well.
2- Leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes
3- Place the lemon slices and onions in the bottom of the oven tray and put the salmon, then season with salt and pepper and grill in the oven for 18-20 minutes
4- Add tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, chopped onions and dill with feta and mix well
To serve, put salmon with lemon slices and onions, and spread the feta cheese mixture on top
