Salmon with pasta

Pasta pot – 1 tablespoon of olive oil – 4 skinless salmon fillets

1 finely chopped onion – 1 finely chopped garlic clove – 2 teaspoons zest of lemon zest

1 tablespoon of lemon juice – half a cup of chicken broth – half a cup of cream –

Salt and pepper to taste – 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped Tom

:How to prepare

Cook pasta in salted boiling water
Heat half a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan
We cook the salmon fillet, then transfer it to a bowl and tear it up with the fingers
Add half a tablespoon of olive oil to the same pan, stir in the onion and garlic, then add the lemon zest, lemon juice and chicken stock – and let it boil slowly until the liquids evaporate.
Add the cream and let it boil
Drain the pasta and mix it well with the sauce
Add the salmon, stir slowly to mix with the rest of the ingredients, then transfer to a large serving platter
